If you have a specialized need for Myers-Briggs® (MBTI®), Strong Interest Inventory®, Thomas-Kilmann (TKI), California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™), or FIRO® assessments, Gantt has a separate website within CPP (formerly Consulting Psychology Press) through which these can be administered. Gantt Group has several consultants certified in the various CPP instruments.
The MBTI® assessment enables people to delve into the pattern of preferences unique to the each person’s type. It explains the clarity of the 16 type preferences and what it means in a personalized page summarizing how clients interact with others, their strengths, and important areas for growth. It also provides background information about the MBTI® instrument itself.
The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) helps individuals understand how five conflict-handling modes, or styles—competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating—affect interpersonal and group dynamics and learn how to select the most appropriate style for a given situation. By taking the assessment, individuals discover their preferred style, looking at instances when one conflict behavior is productive and when choosing another style would be more effective.
FIRO Business is based on the well-respected Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO®) model. Designed for international use, it measures Expressed and Wanted interpersonal needs in three areas that affect work and team relationships: Involvement, Influence and Connection.
“We considered MBTI, but DiSC was a faster, more cost-effective solution to create a common language for addressing performance goals. Being qualified in both assessments, Martha Legare worked with me to determine the best management, leadership, and team tools for our business. Gantt provided assessments and supported us during in-house training rollout.”
