Gantt Group offers individual and team assessments from several sources for

Wiley’s best-known assessment is the DiSC Profile. Although we incorporate assessments into much of our learning and development programs, they also can be purchased directly for your internal use. They come in several online versions or in paper format. Facilitation kits are available with customizable course design, leader guides/trainer scripts, PowerPoint slides and Word handouts for each product. All of the Everything DiSC facilitation kits include contemporary, dynamic videos.

We can set you up with your own organization account so that you can easily and quickly manage the administration of any of Inscape’s assessments. This enables you to brand each assessment with your company name and logo, control the scheduling and reminders for people taking the assessments, and produce individual, group, and comparison reports. The most frequently used reports are below.

Everything DiSC profiles – shows DiSC styles (Dominant, Influencer, Steady, and Conscientious) in newly designed, intuitive, color-coded circumplex format.

  • Workplace – focuses on individuals and the impact of their D, I, S, and C styles.
  • Management – helps managers improve their skills like directing, delegating, motivating, developing others and working effectively with their managers.
  • Sales – teaches salespeople to connect better with their customers by recognizing and understanding customer buying styles and adapting their style to their customers.
  • Work of Leaders – encourages leaders to evaluate 18 of their own leadership behaviors impact on their effectiveness through the stages of vision, alignment and execution.
  • 363 for Leaders – shows leaders how they rate in 8 well-researched leadership approaches and gives them three distinct strategies for leadership development based on others feedback.

Comparison Reports – can be generated for free in your own account for any two people who have completed any of the Everything DiSC assessments above.

DiSC® Classic (older version) – explores the four major styles: Dominant, Influencer, Steady, and Conscientious.

Time Mastery profile – assesses the level of skill in each of 12 critical time mastery areas and helps individuals set priorities and manage their time more effectively.

Team Dimensions profile – helps people work from their strengths by identifying their most natural team role, while giving them added appreciation for the contributions of others.

Coping and Stress profile – analyses personal and professional causes of stress and stress relief shows how you can use your strengths to balance stress.

Personal Listening profile – helps individuals identify which of the five listening approaches they use to process, organize, store, and retrieve information and how to improve them.

Work Expectations profile –encourages individuals to explore their expectations in 10 areas such as their environment, autonomy, recognition, and teamwork to improve employment satisfaction effectiveness and retention.

Gantt also has MBTI qualified consultants and a customized website through CPP that allows online access for clients to take the following assessments:

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) – helps people better understand themselves and how they interact with others. It can be used for leadership coaching, conflict management, and team building career development.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) – supports people understanding how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics.
