| Gives the participant a year’s worth of project management experience in only 4 days. This class is available as a group workshop where learnings are shared or can be taken on an individual basis with purchase of disc. The simulation takes each individual project manager through an interactive case study with well-developed characters and real project problems. Issues of managing time, cost and scope are addressed. Participants must also manage the team characters who react to situations as real people with different personalities might. Users may save their work along the way and go back and make different managerial decisions to understand the resulting consequences of their actions. |
