Participant teams work through interactive exercises covering Time, Cost, Scope, Quality, Risk, Human Resources, Communication, Procurement and Integration Management. This seminar integrates of all these Bodies of Knowledge into a workable project methodology. It includes detailed instruction on how to calculate critical path and resource allocation. This class focuses on learning about project management from PMI’s perspective, but is not focused on taking the PMP test (see PMP Prep Course E8505-4) |
