| This course integrates the use of Microsoft Project with a common sense planning and tracking methodology. The methodology is integrated or consistent with Microsoft Project and PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). There is preparatory work of 2 hours required before attending this course. It includes Process Bridge software, which makes the integration process more explicit. Participants work on personal projects during the 3-day period. |
