| Study of project management related specifically to Information Systems. This course teaches participants how to lead and manage all phases of a project. Interactive class consists of case studies, articles and a section on systems development methodologies. It includes a self-scoring assessment of participants’ different management styles and how those differences affect team dynamics and quality of the project and product. |
