This seminar is an in-depth study of how to lead and manage all aspects of a project from initiation to closeout. Covers identification of stakeholders roles and detailed scope definition. Participant teams define their own projects scope and work with the planning tools in a 6-phase methodology: WBS, estimating, task sequencing, critical path analysis, Gantt charts, resource allocation, budgeting and risk management. Execution and control includes managing changes in a work-in-progress case study. Workshop concludes with project closeout, lessons learned and a test for review of technical comprehension.
