| Developed by Management Worlds, this computer-based simulation requires that participants manage numerous simultaneous projects within the overriding framework of an organization’s needs and objectives, while they share, negotiate and even compete for priority, contribution, resources and funding. Participants build skills and behaviors for thinking strategically, planning resources and communicating and coordinating dependencies of related work between projects. They learn to understand the complexities of project systems and dependencies within organizations. Suggested pre-requisites include fundamentals of project management and some leadership experience in managing multiple projects. |
