| Developed by Management Worlds, this course is based on a computer simulation of a 6-month project. This workshop asks participant teams to plan and execute a project, applying not only project management tools and principles, but also working with team members to make leadership decisions that affect the project’s schedule, resources and budget. Simulation software provides a team of people who must be managed along with the technical aspects. Suggested pre-requisite for this course includes an understanding of basic project management fundamentals. |
