| Many projects are based on improving processes. This workshop teaches participants how to evaluate the current state by mapping the existing processes and assessing workflow efficiencies. Participants learn how to analyze those processes to explore where improvements can be made. This course includes an understanding of statistical process tools and how to choose the appropriate tool to get the data required to make process change decisions and how to document them. |
