| Making the transition from an organization that does firefighting to one that focuses on fire prevention requires a culture shift. This course enables participants to recognize behaviors, individually and organizationally that both support and hinder the company moving toward a more mature level of project management capability. Class members identify individual action plans and develop departmental suggestions to help move the organization toward a greater level of project management maturity. |
