Manya Arond-Thomas brings over two decades of experience to her work as a coach, consultant, and trainer. Her coaching approach offers a fresh perspective on the integration of individual performance, capability and well-being with organizational and business results. Robert Carpenter began consulting as an extension of the internal design and training years he spent with IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation. At Digital he designed and facilitated workshops in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The companys Australian, Japanese and Caribbean-Latin American regions adopted his programs as a model. Bob holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Howard University. As an entrepreneur, he has been a principal in two start-up companies, including Venture de Mexico, an agricultural exporter founded in Mexico City in 1996. Highly energetic and fast-paced, he brings both understanding and usable tools to some of the most difficult people-management problems, helping everyone in the client organization realize that he or she has a tangible stake in its effective operation.

Ray Coker transferred his project management training and development skills to the field of consulting in 1992. Ray developed a software program that integrates Microsoft Project with the project management process itself. He has served as a technical editor for product manuals and numerous project management books. Prior to consulting, Ray was Senior Trainer and Consultant for Symantec in their project management group, where he had over 10 years of experience developing and training project management software products. After his M.S. from Portland State and post-graduate work at University of Arizona, he taught at Arizona, Temple University and the Wharton School of Business. A much-requested presenter, he has taught throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, Ray brings an exceptional focus to balancing the human and technical aspects of project management work.

Dave Ewert excels at the financial aspects of project management training and consulting. Dave developed and is Director Emeritus of the Executive MBA program at Georgia State University. Its program achieved a top-ten ranking in Business Week's Guide to the Best Executive Education Programs. Dave has a Ph.D. in Finance from Stanford University. He has testified as an expert witness before a subcommittee of the US Senate and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He co-authored "Obtaining Unsecured Loans" and has built credit-scoring models that have successfully increased company revenues and reduced operating costs and bad debts. Daves enthusiasm in presenting financial management seminars in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North and South America, makes what could be a complex subject, globally interesting.

Stephen Gill has been consulting full-time since 1984. He specializes in organizational analyses and evaluations of corporate culture, operations and programs. Steve helps individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their goals for organizational learning and performance improvement. He has published nearly 40 articles, book chapters, and books as well as manuals related to professional learning and development, including The Learning Alliance: Systems Thinking in Human Resource Development and The Manager's Pocket Guide to Organizational Learning. Previously he consulted for United Training Services and Formative Evaluation Research Associates. Prior to consulting, Steve was on faculty of The University of Michigan School of Education. He earned his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Northwestern University. Steves gifted analytical skills are strongly balanced with systematic thoughtfulness.

Page Glasgow began consulting in 1980 when he joined Wilson Learning Corporation. Since then, his focus has been helping organizations achieve their full business potential in the realm of sales excellence, leadership and customer service. He has conducted seminars for major organizations all over the world. When he was with Wilson, he spent 2 years opening their London office. Prior to that, he taught sales training, was a product manager and manager of sales training for Burroughs International Group. Page has an MBA in marketing from Wayne State University. He understands that it is easy to tell people to solve problems or make the customer happy, but hard to implement these important actions. Page believes that in virtually any business the true differentiator is people. Juan Lopez has 19 years experience as a consultant and trainer serving corporations and government at all levels. Juan created Diversity 2000, a national think tank that meets annually to influence compelling diversity issues. For three years he co-chaired the National Diversity Conference, the premier national event addressing diversity issues. He is co-founder of the Center for Reinventing Government. Juan began his consulting career in diversity and organization development working with Pacific Management Systems, one of the first nationally recognized firms to provide diversity training. Prior to consulting, he worked in government as Director for Consultation and Education, National Institute of Mental Health and has a M.S.W. from U.C. Berkeley. Rebecca Ripley has been coach, trainer and consultant to a wide range of organizations since 1984. Angyne Schock-Smith has been designing, developing and delivering acclaimed PM seminars, developing PM methodologies, designing and implementing Project Management Offices since 1993. Prior to consulting, Angyne was with AT&T where she managed a leading edge product development effort that grossed over $90 million dollars in revenue and performed within 5% of the original business case. Her background includes outsourcing, customer care, global strategy, product management, and IT and 5 years of manufacturing experience. With a M.A. from University of Pittsburgh and Masters Certificate in PM, Angyne is a certified PMP, Baldrige Examiner and on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Quality Consortium. Jorge Vanegas has been researcher, educator, facilitator, trainer, technical advisor and consultant in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry since 1988. He obtained Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Stanford University, and is currently Professor in the College of Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Ted Williams began consulting and training in 1987, focusing on human resource management and employee education, specializing in resolving emergent and long-term workplace issues and initiatives. He has designed and implemented comprehensive policy and procedure manuals and employee handbooks. After earning his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, Ted was Director of Labor Relations and Director of Personnel at two hospitals and Director of HR for Iowa State board of Regents.
